- Mainstream maintenance for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 is available until the end of 2027.
- Customers who choose the optional extended maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7 (until end of 2030) will receive extended maintenance for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 at no additional cost.
- Extended maintenance only includes requirements management, project management, process management, test suite, change control management, IT service management (ITSM) and landscape management.
SAP recommends all customers to transition to SAP Cloud ALM before the end of 2027. You can find more information at the Transition Center in the SAP Support Portal.
